1/2 cup shorting
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Cream together shortening, and peanut butter. Add brown and white sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Sift flour,baking soda and salt together. Roll into balls the size of a marble and press cross ways with a fork. Cook 12 to 15 minutes.
