1 head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1-1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cauliflower in a steam basket and steam for 10 minutes - drain and cool

Dip each floweret into flour - shake off excess - dip in eggs, then into bread crumbs - shake off excess - refrigerate for 1 hour -

Heat oil in large skillet and fry cauliflower until golden - drain and sprinkle with salt - serve hot.
