2 c Sugar
1 stick of butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal (instant)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the first 3 ingredients for 1 minute.( Start timing when mixture starts boiling) After 1 minute remove from heat. Add the last 4 ingredients stir untill mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Mixture will lose some of its shine like fudge. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper, let cool.
