2 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/4 c. orange juice 1 small container vanilla yogurt
Beat eggs slightly - beat in sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice - microwave on high for 2-1/2 minutes or until mixture just comes to a boil and thickens - stir every 30 seconds - Cover surface completely with plastic wrap and cool - fold in yogurt - chill well.
