2 qts. cooking oil,
4 qts. cider vinegar,
2 1/4 cups salt,
5 tsp. white pepper,
1/2 cup poultry seasoning,
10 large eggs.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until lemon color. Add oil and beat 'till mayonaise is obtained. Beat in spices good. Add vinegar slowly & stir in with spoon.
