1/2 c. butter
1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 c. parsley
2 Tbs lemon juice
Parmesan Cheese
1 Lb raw shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a shallow 9" X 13" pan. Add all ingredients except shrimp, cheese and parsley. Mix well then add shrimp in a single layer in sauce. Broil low heat for 8 minutes. Remove and sprinkle parsley over and Parmesan cheese. Broil on high for 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
