1 1/2 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 C. Shortening 2 1/4 C. Flour
1 Egg 1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt 1 C. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla 1 C. raw Rhubarb finely chopped

TOPPING:
1/4 C. Sugar 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 C. sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
Cream sugar and shortening. Add egg, buttermilk and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, nutmeg, and salt together. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture. Add the rhubarb last.


Pour into a grease and floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the mixture. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
