1 stick oleo
1 c. onion (chopped)
chicken
1 pckg. spaghetti (long)
1 lb. velveeta (cut in small cubes)
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. celery (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion & celery in oleo until soft.
Cook chicken in large pot until tender- you need to cover chicken w/ water while cooking!!!
Take chicken out to cool. After cooled, bone the chicken (that's really what it said) & tear into bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti in the chicken broth. Mix cooked spaghetti, chicken pieces, soup, cubed cheese, celery and onion mixture into large baking dish. Crumble potatoe chips on top and bake at 350 until bubbly about 30 minutes.
