1lb. beef (I use 2lb.)
2 garlic cloves minced
3 cans (8oz.) tomato sauce or
1 can (6oz.) tomato paste plus 1 can (1lb.) tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 pckg. lasagna noodles (only 8)
1 1/2 c. moz. cheese
1 1/2 c. (12oz.) cottage cheese
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Cook beef and garlic until brown & drain. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 350. Cook noodles & drain. In ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 1 1/2 x 1 1/2, alternate layer of meat sauce, noodles, cheese & cottage cheese beginning and ending with sauce. Cheese on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes.
