1 lb. button mushrooms
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully wash mushrooms. Slice off ends of mushroom stems and discard. Remove stem and inside of mushroom cap. Chop finely. Add oil, bread crumbs, and cheese to the chopped mushrooms and mix together. Stuff caps with mixture. Bake on cookie sheet for 7 minutes at 350. Then broil for 1 minute.
