3 lb Chuck Roast (bone in is okay)
2 onions (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
4-5 drops of worcestershire sauce
1 16oz bottle of ketchup
16 oz water
2 T vinegar
1 t dry mustard
1 T brown sugar
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and pour over roast. Bake in oven at 325 F for 4 hours. Remove from oven and shred with a fork. Serve with fresh buns.

** You can also make this in a crock pot ** Just throw everything in and leave it on for about 8 hours. The meat should shred easily with a fork.
