1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nut meats
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 regular boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Another 8 oz. Cool Whip for on top.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and spread in 9 x 13 pan - flour, butter, nut meats. Bake 10 minutes and cool thoroughly.

Mix 8 oz. cream cheese...8 oz. cool whip...and 1 cup powdered sugar...spread over cooled crust.

Mix 2 boxes pudding and 3 cups milk and let set a
few minutes. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Spread Cool Whip on top...sprinkle with nuts.
