4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/3 cup lemon juice (or juice of one lemon)
1 teaspon grated lemon zest
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground red chile
1/2 tsp red chile flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp light or toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp honey
1/8 tsp salt

Wash and dry chicken breasts. Mix together all the other ingredients. Place chicken in the marinade and coat well. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours. Grill or broil chicken.
