4 boneless chicken breast 2 eggs (beating) 1/2 cup milk crushed crackers I like saltine crackers) salt & pepper to taste
Put chicken in a plastic bag and beat chicken until flat with a marinating hammer. Dip chicken in bowl of eggs and milk. then roll into cracker crumbs. Fry in 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup butter until golden brown.
