2 cups sugar
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup oil,1 cup buttermilk
5 eggs
1 cup coconut
1tbsp. coconut flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 Mix all ingreidents together and bake in a tube pan. for 1 hour.5 min. before removing cake from oven mix in a sauce pan mix
1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp. coconut flavoring and let boil for about 5 min . Remove cake from oven and while still hot punch holes slowly pour the mixture over cake.
