4 cups hot water
1 egg
1 cup Quick Quaker Grits
4 tbsp butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2-3 dashes of tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Stir grits into hot water and cook on stovetop until boiling. Remove from heat, stir in butter until melted and allow to cool and thicken. Beat egg and stir into grits. Add seasoning, place in large casserole dish and bake in 350 oven approximately 30 minutes until lightly browned on top.
