1 whole chicken
2 can 12-oz beer (any kind)
1 large aluminum roasting pan

Directions:
Directions:
Open can of beer, set into middle of aluminum pan. Slide whole chicken (starting at neck) onto standing can of beer, leaving beer and chicken standing upright. Place pan onto preheated charcoal grill, empty remaining can of beer into pan. Close charcoal grill lid, smoking chicken until done.
