5 slices buttered bread cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 cups cooked bay shrimp
2 cups grated American cheese
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of paprika
a few grains of cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Put a layer of bread cubes on bottom of 1 1/2 quart casserole. Alternate layers of shrimp, cheese and bread. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour over mixture in the casserole. Bake in pan of hot water 1" deep. 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
