1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint oil or 1 tsp of mint extract
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Add food coloring per your preference. Form into small balls, rolling each ball into granulated sugar. Press into mold. Unmold on wax paper. Allow top side to dry (several hours or overnight) and invert and allow backside to dry. Store in airtight container. I have also left in balls or patted into flat, round mints.
