Ingredients:  
1 lb Ground Beef 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Soft Bread Crumbs 1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 Beaten Egg 1 T.Vegetable Oil
2 T. Minced Onion 2/3 C. Chili Sauce
2 T. Milk 2/3 C. Grape or Red Currant Jelly
1 Clove Garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onions, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Form into bite size meatballs. Brown meatballs lightly in oil, cover and cook on low for 5 minutes. Drain off fat. Combine chili sauce and jelly. Pour over meatballs. Heat stirring occasionally until jelly is melted. Simmer until sauce thickens, baste occasionally.
