Roll pork chops in flour and quick fry. Drain. Lay in bottom of casserole dish. Slice potatoes in round slices about 1/4 inch thick. Lay on top of pork chops. In a small bowl, mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and about 3/4 can of water. Pour over top of pork chops and potatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 40-45 min. until potatoes are done.
