1 cup grated cheese
1 sm. can cream corn
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 med. chopped onion
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 to 4 jal. peppers or bell peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased cold skillet and cold oven. Bake at 500 for approx. 20 minutes.
