1-9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1 1/2 c milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of cayenne
2 c (8 oz) shredded swiss cheese
2 tbsp flour
10 slices bacon,cooked-crumbled
Sautéed onions-1/2 cup opt
Sautéed mushroom-1/2 to 1 cup opt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 30 degrees combine milk, eggs and seasonings; mix well. Toss cheese with flour, and cheese mixture and bacon, onion add mushrooms to egg mixture. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
