3 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. flour
1 c.sugar
1 tsp soda
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3 c. buttermilk
4 TBS cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sometimes I use an egg and start off by mixing the egg with the sugar and adding the other ingredients. Use a hot greased skillet and bake in preheated 375 oven for about 1 hour.
