2 c. milk
2/3 c. cornmeal
4 eggs, separated
2 TBS melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, stir in cornmeal - add butter. Let cool - add beaten yolks, then stiffly beaten whites. Bake 40 mins at 350.
