Ingredients:  
1 - 2 1/2 or 3 lb fryer cut up
1/2 stick butter
6 drops Tabasco
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
pinch sweet basil
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter to which Tabasco has been added. Remove chicken, add onions and garlic to pan and simmer until soft. Add basil, white wine and water. Stir, replace chicken, sprinkle with salt. Cover and simmer for 35 or 45 mins. Serve with gravy on rice.
