1 1/2 C. Sugar 20 Ritz Crackers
2 C. Water Pie Shell, unbaked
2 tsp. Cream of Tarter Butter
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, cream of tarter and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers (broken up) and boil 2 min. Do not stir.
Place in an unbaked pie shell, add butter and cinnamon on top. Add strips. Bake 20 min. at 400 then 10 min. at 350.
