1 5-6 pound brisket
6 tbsp house seasoning
3 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse brisket thoroughly, pat dry. Trimmed but leave about layer of fat. Mix house-seasoning, chili powder, brown sugar, onion powder, oregano and cayenne. Rub brisket on all sides, using all the mix. Bake brisket until tender, about 6 hours, 200 deg. Thermometer should read 190 degree. Transfer to cutting board, rest about 10 min. Slice across the grain and serve. Very tasty.
