1 cup corn meal
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 can cream-style corn
1 egg
1/4 cup milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
