1 dozen "hard-boiled" eggs
1/4 cup (or so)* drained sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. (or so)* mustard
1/4 cup (or so)* miracle whip
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully slice eggs in 1/2 and remove yolks to a mixing bowl. Use a fork or whisk to mash yolks. Stir in other ingredients. Garnish as desired.
