Ingredients:  
2 c. cooked chicken cut in medium chunks
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. scalded milk
2 TBS butter
2 ribs celery cut
1 small onion chopped
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt - pepper


Olive Sauce:

2 TBS butter
1 small onion chopped
2 sprigs parsley chopped
7 lg olives sliced
2 TBS flour
1 c. chicken stock
salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour scalded milk over crumbs. Add chicken. onion, and celery to bread mixture with eggs, salt, pepper.
Put in greased casserole and set in pan of water. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Use with olive sauce.

Olive Sauce: Melt butter and saute onion and parsley. Remove from heat and stir in flour; heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add olives.
