3 cup frozen broccoli cuts
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10-3/4 oz) can chicken broth
1-1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1-1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Add onion to frozen broccoli and cook according to package directions, or until tender. Drain. In medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add broccoli, chicken broth, cheese and mustard. Cook until cheese is melted.
