1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2-3 breasts)
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 T. soy sauce
2 green onions, sliced
1 T. grated ginger
2 T. dry sherry
2 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place each breast between wax paper or plastic wrap. Lightly flatten to a 1/2 in. thickness using a rolling pin or meat mallet. Slice each breast into 3 or 4 one inch wide strips. Place remaining ingredients in a glass bowl and mix well. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 20 min. Set oven to broil. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for about 4 minutes each side. Chicken can also be grilled.
