1-1/2 cups cold fat free milk, divided
2 squares Baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 pkg. (4 serving size) chocolate flavor instant pudding
2 cups thawed Cool Whip, divided
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup milk and the chocolate in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup milk. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Refrigerate at least 20 min. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cup whipped topping. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes. Top with remaining 1/2 cup topping and the raspberries.

For quick chocolate mousse. Omit the chocolate squares. Pour all the milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cup topping. Continue as directed.
