1st layer
1-1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1-1/2 stick melted margarine

2nd layer
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 3 oz cream cheese
1-3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 sm. container Cool Whip

3rd layer
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer
Blend with fork and press into a 13x9 in. pan. Bake for 18 min. at 400 degrees. Cool.
2nd layer
Cream and pour over crust
3rd layer
Mix and pour over cheese layer. Top with layer of cool whip. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
