1 cup Uncle Ben's long grain rice
1 can beef consomme
1 can onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in 1-1/2 qt casserole. Add rice and soups. Bake uncovered for 1 hr. at 350.

To serve: place on bottom of dish and put chicken breasts francais on top. Put a little sauce on top of each breast.
