4 or 6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sherry or white cooking sherry
1 3- oz can sliced mushrooms in liquid
1 (1/2 pt) carton sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in baking dish so that each piece is separate. Mix mushroom soup, mushrooms with liquid, sour cream, sherry and salt. Pour over chicken breasts. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 1-1/2 hrs.

Serve over onion-rice dish (recipe separately in this section.)
