3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 raw egg yolk
1 TBS tarragon vinegar
3 TBS olive oil
1/2 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolk and add olive oil. Beat until creamy.
Add onion and lemon juice slowly. Add other ingredients.
