2 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 c. white chocolate chips
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl beat flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until mixture forms fine crumbs. Press mixture firmly in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove from oven - Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips over hot crust.

Heat and stir the 3/4 c. butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar over medium heat until bubbly, and then cook 1 minute more.

Pour evenly over the layers in pan.

Bake in the 350 oven for 15 minutes or until just bubbly around edges. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
