4 Haas (ugly brown ones) avocados
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 very ripe tomatoe diced
1 small red onion diced very fine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut avocados in 1/2 and scoop out flesh with spoon into bowl. Immediately pour the lemon juice over the flesh. Add remaining ingredients and mash with a fork. To store and keep from turning dark, cover with plastic wrap and press the wrap down on to the surface of the dip. This keeps air out which turns avocado dark.
