Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
4 tablespoons flour
1 - 3 oz. pack peach gelatin
4eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup mashed peaches, fresh or canned with juice

Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup mashed peaches and juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, sift cake mix, flour and gelatin together. Add eggs, beating after each addition. Add oil and beat well. Mix in peaches and jice. Bake in greased tube pan for 40-60 minutes at 350 Cook 15 minutes and remove from pan.

Icing: Cream sugar and butter together until blended. Mix in peaches. Ice cooled cake.
