Ingredients:  
3 cups sugar (white)
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup white corn syrup
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 cup margarine
4 cups pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla (or 2t. instant coffee)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to boil while stirring. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove and add pecans and vanilla or instant coffee. Beat until thickened; drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
