2 lb. ground chuck , 3 onions, 2 tbsp. chili seasoning 5 ripe tomatoes skinned, 1 lb. fresh green beans 1-10oz. can of tomato paste 2 tbsp sugar salt and pepper to taste. You can substitute 2 cans tomatoes and 3 cans green beans. Delmonte is the best. 3 cans fat free chicken broth

In a large skillet brown the ground chuck and crumble in small pieces. After meat is brown pour in colander covered with paper towel to drain all of the fat. Cut up onions fine and put in skillet and saute until clear. In a large pot put in tomatoes ,chicken broth,spices , sugar and tomato paste. Stir until well until blended. Add the onions and meat. Simmer for about 2 hours then add green beans . Continue to simmer for about 1 hour. Chili will be thick.
