12 corn tortillas
1 c sour cream
2/3 c milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 c shredded jack cheese
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
1/4 c minced onion
1 21/2 oz can sliced black olives, drained
Few grains cayenne (opt)

Directions:
Cut tortillas into strips 1 inch wide. Set aside. Beat together sour cream, milk, egg, salt and cayenne. In 3 qt casserole layer 1/3 tortilla strips 1-cup cheese 1/3 of the chilies, olives and onion, then 1/3 sour cream mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and bake in 325-degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1/2-cup cheese. Return to oven until cheese topping is melted, about 10 minutes.
