1 pt. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 can (14 ozs.) sweetened, condensed milk
2 tsps. lemon peel, grated
3/4 c. cold butter or margarine, plus 2 T. more
2 c. biscuit mix, such as bisquick, divided
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
vanilla ice cream
Blueberry Sauce:
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. water
1 pt. fresh or frozen blueberries

Cobbler: Preheat oven to 325F. In a bowl, combine blueberries, sweetened, condensed milk, and lemon peel. In another bowl, cut 3/4 c. cold butter into 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix until crumbly. Add to the blueberry mixture. Spread evenly into a 9-inch, square, baking dish. I n a small bowl, combine remaining 1/2 c. biscuit mix and sugar, cut in the remaining 2 T. cold butter until crumbly. Add nuts and sprinkle over cobbler. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and blueberry sauce.
Blueberry Sauce: In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Wisk in water and cook until thickened. Stir in blueberries, cook and stir until hot.
