1# spaghetti
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c olive oil
Red pepper flakes
2 T flat-leaf parsley
1/2 lemon, zested
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook spaghetti to al dente.
In a large heavy skillet, combine garlic, oil, 1/2 t salt and red pepper flakes(to taste) and warm thru over low heat.
Drain pasta and reserve 1/2 c of water. Add pasta and water to skillet and warm thru. Add zest, lemon juice and parsley and stir. Transfer to a large serving bowl and season. Serve with grated cheese.
