1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes, scrubbed
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 T. garlic, minced
2 tsps. dried parsley or 2 T. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F. Cut potatoes into quarters. Place in a microwave safe dish, such as a 9-inch, square baking dish. Combine butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and paprika and mix well. Pour over potatoes and coat. Microwave potatoes on high for about 10 minutes or until tender. Put into oven and bake for about 6 minutes or until golden.
