2 eggs beaten 2 lb lean ground beef 1 6-oz Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken 1 Cup water 1/2 cup barbeque sauce, divided
Heat over to 375º. Mix all ingredients (reserving 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce) until well blended. Shape mixture into a loaf in a baking dish. Top with remaining barbeque sauce. Bake 1 hour or until thermometer has reached 160º.
