1 small onion chopped
2 pkgs (10oz) frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg (8oz) fat free cream cheese
1 c. reduced fat sour cream
1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

On low heat in a crock pot put all ingredients in and warm through. Serve on melba toast, crackers or pita chips.
