3 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1/4 cup orange juice
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
8 apples (peeled and sliced)
cinnamon
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add liquid ingredients all at once to dry ingredients and beat. Grease and flour tube pan. Pour 1/3 of batter in bottom of pan. Spread 1/3 sliced apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar; continue to alternate layers finishing with batter. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (This cake can be made ahead and frozen.)
